I'm Maria X, an independent songwriter and artist driven by melody, emotion, storytelling, and imagination.
My music moves freely across genres, from emotional Greek ballads and laïko-inspired melodies to pop, rock, and experimental sounds.
I write my own lyrics, concepts, stories, and creative ideas, creating songs filled with emotion, vivid imagery, hidden meanings, and stories that invite listeners to find their own interpretation in every track.
AI is part of my creative and production process, helping me bring my original songwriting and artistic vision to life through music and sound. I believe in the creative possibilities that emerge when human songwriting and imagination meet new technology, and I choose to be transparent about the tools involved in my music.
My musical journey began with writing lyrics — not to become anything, but because the words carried me to beautiful, almost imaginary places that existed nowhere else. That's how Witch of Flame was born: a good witch, but one who carries a flame strong enough to break the ice. I believe that whenever you create something real, something beautiful always comes out of it — whether everyone likes it or not, it's beautiful in its own way.
